Lakewood Jewel Box

Scope:
Combine old kitchen and dining into one large dining. Build a new kitchen as an addition. Convert the second bedroom into a master bath.

Description:
This hidden jewel underwent a complete transformation when Re:Creations, Inc., took on this extensive project. The kitchen wall was removed to create an expansive dining and living room area; complete with handcrafted metal doors made to match the original windows from the 1950s. The focal point of the living room is the fireplace with a custom made mantle with a Talavera tile from Mexico surround.

A bedroom was completely transformed into a luxurious master bathroom. Timeless design featuring a frameless glass shower, a sunken soaking tub with Jacuzzi and a vented skylight to provide natural light make this special bathroom an oasis in the home. Completing the resort-like feel of this renovation are double vanities and an outdoor shower.
